Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your juancasino wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt by juancasino's payment processor, which may take between one (1) and six (6) business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on network, banking system availability, or operational factors.
The following conditions must be satisfied before any withdrawal request will be processed: (a) your KYC identity verification must be completed and approved; (b) your account must not be subject to any pending investigation, security review, or compliance hold; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in your account must be satisfied; and (d) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the platform.
juancasino applies a "return to source" policy where practicable: withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. juancasino reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount exceeds applicable thresholds established by AML compliance procedures.

juancasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon permanent account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms by the player, juancasino reserves the right to forfeit any remaining wallet balance and pending bonuses. Where closure is not due to player fault — for example, if the player voluntarily closes their account — any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
In the event of any dispute between you and juancasino arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the following process applies:

By registering an account on the juancasino platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of KYC verification, AML compliance, game and transaction monitoring, support services, and where applicable, marketing communications (subject to your consent preferences).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
